THEOBROMAS LAB

2 hours approx. In the Theobromas laboratory (Theo Lab), we produce all the chocolate for Central, Kjolle, and MIL, and explore new uses of cacao and other native Theobromas, such as macambo and copoazú.

In this private experience, guided by our experts, you will learn about our creative process and transform seeds into bars, combining theory, practice, and tasting.
