The personal data collected will be transferred to the data server of our website, whose hosting provider is Digital Ocean Inc., whose data center is located in New York, United States of America. Additionally, personal data will be transferred to the Mesa24/7 platform, whose hosting is supported by AWS Ashburn Data Center located in Ashburn, Virginia, United States.
DATABASE
The information will be stored in the personal database corresponding to the user: Database "CLIENTS" registered with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection with Code RNPDP-PJP No. 23363.
Similarly, for website users who require contact to resolve their inquiries, the information will be stored in the Database "WEB AND SOCIAL MEDIA USERS" registered with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection with Code RNPDP-PJP No. 23368.
For individuals who fill out the complaint book form, their information will be stored in the Database "COMPLAINTS" registered with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection with Code RNPDP-PJP No. 23366.
